WHAT WE DO?

Our product

G6 Technical Polyurethanes offers three types of PUR, classified based on their density: Medium density (Integral), High density (Rigid foam), Very High density (RIM and Casting Elastomers).

Very High-Density PUR (RIM)

Density 1,100 Kg/m3
Suitable for outdoor equipment. Maximum impact resistance (virtually unbreakable). Quite elastic.

High-density PUR (Rigid Foam)

Density 650 Kg/m3
Suitable for casings with a high aesthetic component. Quite hard and resistant. Completely rigid.

Medium-density PUR (Integral)

Density from 200 to 400 Kg/m3
Suitable for seats, handles, and areas in contact with the body. Soft to the touch and very elastic. Can incorporate an internal metal insert to create structure and strength.

Our development process

1. Conceptual and Aesthetic Design

If you only have an idea, we can help you bring it to life. We collaborate with the best industrial designers, especially those who are most familiar with our PUR manufacturing system. They will know how to bring out the best in the material and add the added value that good design brings to your part.

2. Technical project

If you provide us with a fully defined 3D design, our technical office will assist you in adapting your part to our manufacturing system and will advise you throughout the development process. We will offer you the type of material that best suits your needs, as well as the most suitable mold model for the quantities you want to produce.”

3. Prototypes, models, and molds

Finally, once we have the 3D design, we can create simple molds that allow us to produce a small series of prototypes or move directly to the production of final molds (in resin or aluminum). In any case, our molds are easily modifiable, reducing the risks associated with launching new products to the market.
